Abstract
The purpose of this study is to describe organizational culture, job satisfaction and employee performance, to test and analyze the influence of organizational culture on employee performance, to test and analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance and to analyze the most influencing variable on employee performance. This research uses quantitative approach with casual associative research category, quantitative approach used in this research is by using survey method. The population in this study examined all employees at Oppo Malang, which amounted to 31 people. Data analysis technique that has been done is using multiple linear regression analysis with F test and t test. Based on the results of research and discussion that has been done then it can be concluded that, organizational culture into the category strong enough, There is an influence of organizational culture on employee performance, Organization Culture most influential on employee performance
